Myth or magic? Really 'detox' plans have become increasingly popular over the last 12 months, from fitness gurus claiming them to be magical, right the way down to the high school teenagers thinking its the right way to go!
At the end of the day it is your decision as a human to make the decision, but personally I would not take on a 2 week 'detox plan'. If it is the type of detox where all you take in are juices then all your body will do is simply loose water weight, your body will struggle with energy, mental fatigue and you will honestly not feel so fab... If you were to your better off maybe 3 days of yummy home made fruit and vegetables smoothies with an evening meal. I could go on forever but what does everyone else think?
