2 TBL coconut oil
2 eggs
1 tspn vanillia essence
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1/4 cup cacoa
1 cup flour
1 tspn baking powder
1/2 cup cows milk
1/4 cup dark chocolate
Preheat oven to 180c
Begin by melting the coconut oil, eggs, vanillia and sugar whisking together to form a smooth batter
Sifting in the flour, cocoa and baking powder fold this is to the wet mixture softly
Pour into a 20cm lined dish, bake for 20-25minutes, check with a skewer
Let the brownie cool and slice into even sliced pieces
