500 grams beef mince
2 large eggs
6 tomatoes
1 garlic clove
1 white onion
2 strips of chives
1/2 cup of almond meal or bread crumbs
2 TBL chili sauce
Salt & Pepper taste
Preheat your oven to 180c fan bake
Begin by slicing the tomoatoes, onion and chives
In a large bowl toss the mince, sliced vegetables combine roughly, slowly adding the half the crumbs or meal as well as one egg
Repeat this process for the remainding crumbs and second egg, along with the chili sauce and salt & Pepper
Once the mixture is the right consistancy roll the mince into even sized balls placing them onto a non-stick tray
Bake in the oven for 10-15minutes, be sure to check they are cooked the full way through
Serve hot, with your favoate type of burger toppings
