2 cups rolled oats
1 tspn baking powder
3 scoops protein
1 tspn cinnamon
1/2 cup plain flour
1/2 bran flakes
2 bananas
1 tspn vanillia essence
1/2 cup honey
1 cup peanut butter smooth or crunchy
1/4 cup raisins
1-2 TBL Greek yoghurt
Begin by preheating the oven to 180c fan bake
Place all the dry ingrediants into a large bowl, oats, baking powder, protein and cinnmon
On a clean plate using a fork mash the banana until smooth , adding to the dry bowl along with the honey, peanut butter, vanilla and rasins.
Slowly add the yoghurt folding the in the flakes, do not over mix as the flakes with crunnch up
Line muffin tins and spoon even amount into the tray
Bake for -minutes, test with a skewer
Remove from tray to cool
